About Your Order
VolcanoGolfShop.com would like your shopping
experience to be as pleasant and convenient
online as in a local pro-shop. Here are
some topics people often want to know more

Order Status
To check the status of your Orders, click
Your Account from any page and then
click Check Order Status. You'll
know your order is being processed when
In Process appears by the order number.
Shipped status appears when the order
has been sent to you. In addition, you will
receive an e-mail confirming shipment of
your order(s). If your order is out of stock,
we will not issue a backorder and the status
will read Cancelled.
From the Check Order Status Page,
you can:
- View the details of your
Order by clicking See Details under
the order number. You may also read the
Product Details of each product in your
order.
- Track the shipment of
your order by clicking Track Shipment.
Note: You will need to Log In to
Check Order Status.
We make every effort to complete your order
as you requested it. If a product you requested
is temporarily out of stock at the time
of order processing, we will not create
a back order. However, since we re-stock
our inventory regularly, be sure to visit
VolcanoGolfShop.com again soon as you may
be able to order the product. We’re
sorry for any inconvenience.
When a product is out of stock, the balance
of your order will arrive with a packing
slip. To view the total amount charged to
your credit card, go to Check Order Status
at www.VolcanoGolfShop.com and click View
Order Details. You will be prompted
to log in to access your order information.

Tracking
You may track your Order as it moves from
our facility to your address via UPS. Click
Track Shipment on the Check Order
Status page. A new window will open
with tracking information for your order.
When you have finished reading the information,
click Close Window.
Taxes
Sales taxes will be charged at the applicable
rate based on the ship to address. We’re
sorry, but we cannot process tax exempt
transactions online.
